At Fridge Beats, every product is made with care and customized specially for each customer using their selected photo, song, name, text, design, or other personalization details.
Since our products are customized and made on order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refund requests once the order has been placed.
Order Cancellation & Refund
Once an order is placed, it goes into the customization and processing stage. Because of this, the order cannot be cancelled after placing.
We also do not provide refunds or money-back returns, as every product is custom-made specially for the customer.
Please make sure that all details such as photo, song, name, text, address, and contact information are correct before placing your order.
No Return Policy
As our products are personalized, returns are not accepted after delivery.
Returns, refunds, or cancellations will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Wrong photo, song, name, text, or details provided by the customer
- Customer does not like the selected design after receiving the product
- Minor color or print difference due to screen/display variation
- Any issue caused due to misuse, water damage, drops, rough handling, or improper use
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If your product is damaged, defective, not working properly, or you have received the wrong product, please don’t worry. Our support team will check the issue and provide the best possible solution after verification.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory
To verify any damage, defect, missing item, or wrong product claim, a clear unboxing video is compulsory.
The video must show:
- Sealed outer package before opening
- Shipping label / AWB clearly visible
- Complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits
- Product condition after opening
- Clear view of the issue or damage
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
