2. Products
Our products are primarily custom-made and personalized items, including music fridge magnets and related merchandise. Because of the customized nature of our products:
- Design previews are for reference only
- Final print colors may slightly vary due to screen vs print differences
- Minor alignment or finish variation may occur in custom production
Such minor variations are not considered defects.
3. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct customization details including photos, text, names, and song links. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer at the time of order.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after production has started.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be verified before processing
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or operational issues. Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by third-party logistics partners.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
6. Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
We do not offer refunds. We provide replacement only for damaged, defective, or wrong items, subject to our Replacement Policy.
- Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Unboxing video proof is mandatory
- Approval is required before any replacement is processed

7. Cancellations
Orders for personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, logos, designs, text, and layout — is the property of FridgeBeats / Extasy Venture Pvt. Ltd and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9. User Content
By submitting photos, audio links, or other content for customization, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that content. We are not responsible for copyright violations caused by customer-submitted material.
10. Product Usage
Our music fridge magnets are decorative electronic items. Customers are responsible for proper usage and handling. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling.
11. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
